Service intended
I intend to give my clients  the very best of service, listening carefully to their needs, likes and dislikes and helping to guide them, taking them under my wing and being prepared to go that extra mile for them.

Procedure
I suggest an initial interview to meet and find out if I am suitable to you and your needs. I will also give you the information you need for the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM). Once you have decided that I am your celebrant, we can arrange another meeting within the next week or so to complete the NOIM and associated legal requirements.
Next is getting to know you, your needs, likes and dislikes what kind of people you are and your personal story, how you first met etc.
There is no restriction on communication with me. Meetings  -- as many as you would like. Phone calls and email, once again you can call me whenever you wish to.
I will also be keeping in close contact with you making sure that everything is going along smoothly.

Creating the ceremony
Using my knowledge and the information that I have from you will allow me to create a beautiful ceremony.. I can assist you to choose readings with an eye to your personal culture which may evoke traditional sub ceremonies.

Rehearsal
I definitely advise an  on site  rehearsal, as it makes everyone more relaxed on the day. It ensures a smooth ceremony. Not only that -it is fun!

The ceremony
On the day of the ceremony I will be the first one to arrive, setting up the table for the signing and making sure my PA system is working properly. I will then greet guests as they arrive, introducing myself to photographers and musicians.
Readers will have a chance to have another run through if they wish to. My mother will be working with me as my assistant, and will be there to greet the wedding cars, helping to fix dresses, straighten ties and ease nerves. She will be with the bridal party and will be coordinating the walk/procession down the aisle

Legal documents
All documents will be completed by the day of the ceremony and the certificate presented toyou at the ceremony will be done in calligraphy. After the ceremony all documents will be double checked and  the necessary ones will  be sent to Births,Deaths, and Marriages within 14 days of the ceremony.
